Alan Weissman is the Principal of Alfred Weissman Real Estate, LLC., where he oversees development and asset management. The company’s varied portfolio of real estate assets includes hotels, office buildings, retail and industrial properties with projects such as Hampton Inn and Suites Yonkers-Westchester in Yonkers; Heritage Resort and Conference Center in Southbury, CT; DoubleTree by Hilton in Gaithersburg, MD; DoubleTree by Hilton and a 300-bed student housing facility, both in Binghamton, NY; and The St. Regis Residences in Rye.

Alan is a graduate of Colgate University, where he received a BA in economics. He also studied economics at Cambridge University in England. As a graduate of the Hofstra University Law School, Alan is admitted to the bars of New York and Connecticut.

A past president of the Yonkers Jewish Council, Alan also served on the Board of Directors of the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce; the Westchester Land Trust; the Community Planning Council; the Yonkers Public Library Foundation; and the Solomon Schechter School of Westchester (The Leffell School). He currently serves on the Boards of The Center for Entrepreneurial Jewish Philanthropy; Homrun; and Saint Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers.
