GUESTS OF HONOR
Amy and Dan are grateful for the nurturing environment and outstanding education Schechter has provided for their daughter Mia (7th grade). As active volunteers and philanthropic leaders at Schechter, they feel fortunate to have Schechter as a partner in passing along their love of Judaism and Israel to their daughter. Amy, a published author of distinction, was involved in Jewish camping and education during her teen years and early adulthood. Dan, Managing Partner of Marble Ridge Capital LP, an investment fund, is a long-term member of the Schechter Board of Trustees. Their philanthropic activities cover diverse Jewish, secular and healthcare charities and Schechter delights in honoring their endeavors.
Aimée and Bram Weber are the proud parents of Harry Daniel (3rd grade) and Nathan Jacob (who is excited for his Schechter future!). Together with their parents, Aimée and Bram are generous donors and active participants in Schechter life. Aimée, an accomplished educator, is a dynamic volunteer and currently serves as Co-President of the Schechter PA. Bram, a commercial real estate development lawyer, is Vice-President of the Board of Trustees at Schechter and helps with legal and real estate advice. While SSLI is their primary focus, Aimée and Bram support a diverse range of Jewish and secular philanthropic interests and Schechter is proud to acknowledge their efforts.
SCHECTHER "TONY" AWARD
Since 2002, Joan Cohen has been directing the high school preformances at Schechter and by her side has been an extraordinary team of talented and committed parent volunteers. Together they have worked tirelessly to create a top-notch drama program which we honor tonight.
