The full registration fee for attendees includes three days of sessions, one (1) attendee delegate bag, name badge and lanyard, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, light refreshments at social functions, Welcome Reception and Networking Evening. Cost - $1,395.

Group Discounts
Take advantage of preferred pricing for groups. The more people you send, the more you save. To receive discounted rates, all attendees must be from the same organization and registered at the same time.

Pre-Conference - Seminars
Pre-Conference Technical Seminars (one-day) can be purchased in addition to your General Conference ticket. These comprehensive, Hands-on Seminars are instructor led and have been carefully chosen to address the most relevant needs of Event Management today.

Payment policy
Payment must be received in full before you can attend this event.
Please note the new payment policy for payment made with company purchase orders or by direct deposit: Registrations using these methods of payment will be accepted online up until 20 December 2009
Accepted payment after this time is by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), which must be received before 11:59pm AEST 7 September 2009.
Cancellations
A full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by November 1, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
Cancellation of tickets purchased as part of a group booking may be subject to additional cancellation charges if the total number of tickets remaining in the group booking no longer qualifies for the original group booking discount that had been applied.
