We never close! Long Island Crisis Center has long surpassed 1,000,000 calls. If we were a state, Long island would rank 11th in population and first in population density.

Established in 1971, we are the oldest crisis intervention, suicide prevention, LGBT progressive voice, and counseling agency in the region. One of the first agencies certified by the American Association of Suicidology. Our compensation has been our work and our results.
