KYHS Board of Directors
It gives us great pleasure to extend a heartfelt Mazal Tov to the honorees at Katz Yeshiva High School of South Florida’s Annual Journal Dinner 2024/5784.
Baruch Hashem, our school has achieved incredible growth over the past several years. As a thriving Modern Orthodox institution with state-of-the-art facilities, we are proud to offer an outstanding educational experience in Judaic and General Studies, opportunities that foster religious growth, a hi-tech S.T.E.A.M. laboratory, and an array of programming that includes drama, music, and athletics. We have much to be thankful for, and it is due to the selfless dedication of our volunteers, supporters, and staff that we are able to celebrate the advancements we have made as a school community.
Our Guests of Honor, Dr. David and Sharona Kay, our Young Leadership Honorees, Dr. Justin (’04) and Elana (Kasztl ’04) Kohlhagen, and our Faculty Service Awardee, Mrs. Melissa Pereira have been instrumental in facilitating the growth and development of Katz Yeshiva High School of South Florida. Their incredible vision, unending generosity, and life-long commitment to Jewish life and learning have enabled us to provide a first-rate education for this and future generations. We owe them a tremendous debt of gratitude for their extraordinary efforts on behalf of our school, our students, and our community.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support of Katz Yeshiva High School of South Florida and for being our partners on this exciting and fulfilling journey of educating your children.
