Joshua has been immersed in the HaZamir community since 2012 starting as an 8th grader in HaZamir. He also sang with the HaZamir Chamber Choir, was a Teen Leader, TL Intl. Co-Chair (2016-2017), and began conducting with HaZamir Long Island 2018-2020 and now HaZamir MetroWest since 2020. Josh has studied conducting with Mati Lazar since he was 16. He went on to study music at Rutgers University, and toured at home and abroad with the Rutgers University Glee Club and Rutgers University Kirkpatrick Choir.
