Yoel is in his first year conducting HaZamir HaSharon. He studied composing, arranging and conducting at the Rimon School of Music under Maestro Yaron Gottfried, and holds a BA in conducting.
Yoel is the founder and conductor of ICO (Israel Creation Orchestra).  He has worked with and conducted some of the best professional musicians and orchestras in Israel (Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra, Netanya Kibbutz Orchestra, Sinfonietta Beer Sheva and others.)
