Celebrating GHC's 75th Birthday
Since its inception on January 28, 1947, Greenburgh Hebrew Center has been an important part of the Rivertowns and neighboring communities, providing services ranging from the Early Childhood Center to Senior Citizen programs. We are a warm, inclusive, egalitarian, participatory Jewish congregation located in Dobbs Ferry, that welcomes singles and families, including interfaith and non-traditional families. We are a joyous and spirited community that celebrates, educates and engages in social action, to repair our world.
This year, we are delighted to announce that the Greenburgh Hebrew Center will be celebrating its 75th Anniversary at our annual Journal Dinner Gala on Sunday evening, June 26, 2022. As an integral part of the community providing religious, educational, social, and philanthropic services for the community, we hope you will support us for this momentous occasion.
We are looking forward to an event of sharing memories, celebrating our amazing history, and preparing for our future. We all know that the last two years have been challenging, in many ways, but GHC continues on – and we are excited to celebrate this significant milestone in our community.
Sincerely,
The Journal Commitee
