Morah Galit Shavit has been selected as Teacher of the Year for 2024. Morah Galit has been a central part of our school community since 2008, and her passion for our Early Childhood is truly admirable.

Throughout her tenure at BMA, Morah Galit has blossomed into a master teacher, a dynamic team player and a constant source of joy in our EC hallways! Beyond her title and responsibilities Morah Galit is the radiant light in our EC. Currently leading the way as the vibrant Hebrew teacher in the Pre-K Pomegranate Room, Morah Galit is also the creative force behind Chalav U’Dvash Curriculum Development in our Nursery 3 and Pre-K classrooms.

Be it at carpool, in the classroom or the playground, Morah Galit's voice is the loudest and most enthusiastic. She is constantly striving to find new and exciting ways to engage her students and make her classroom a place where learning is fun.
