ANNUAL Orange Center Golf Tournament - Sunday, September 12th

The Orange Center Golf Tournament benefits the Orange Center. The tournament enjoys a rich history as one of the major golf and fundraising events in the Fort Lauderdale. Each year, amateur contestants, loyal sponsors and more from all over look forward to returning to this unique “friendly” event.

Known as “8 play” the tournament was founded in 1993 to raise funds for the Center which opened in 1990. Through volunteer efforts, and those of supporters throughout, the tournament is now a major successful event.

The mission of the Orange Center is to provide focus on community education and community outreach. The Center thanks its supporters of the tournament

The tournament is a four (4) player team gross and net scramble golf tournament held at Sewals Golf Course in Fort Lauderdale. A spectacular breakfast and dinner is served.

Four amateur contestants are a team. The team of four (4) amateur players remains together for two consecutive days. Current handicaps are verified and applied to all contestants.
