Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, the largest synagogue affiliated women’s organization in the world, is excited to announce its 2012 biennial convention, December 2 to 5, in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. We will be at the beautiful JW Marriott Resort & Spa in a facility with a large exhibition hall centrally located for delegate shopping.
We are expecting delegates and guests from the United States, Canada, Israel, and Mexico, many of whom will be shopping for their sisterhood Judaica Gift Shops. We are looking to feature a wide variety of merchandise, including items of Judaica, fine art, jewelry, fashion accessories, wearable art, ceramics, glass, toys, stationery, and skin care products. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to highlight your merchandise, showcase your products and create new accounts with a very exciting audience.
This year you can look forward to:
- Directory of vendors, including booth location, distributed to all delegates
- Centrally located booths for delegate shopping
- Special events scheduled in the exhibit hall
- Exhibit hall opening and closing hours posted in daily newsletter
- List of Women’s League sisterhoods with Judaica Gift Shops
Base price for a booth is $750, and we are offering a Special Convention Exhibitor's Package for $1,000 and early bird specials for full payment by July 31:
- $100 off Special Convention Exhibitor's Package
- $50 off regular booth
$1000 SPECIAL CONVENTION EXHIBITOR'S PACKAGE includes:
- booth ($750 value)
- ad in the daily convention newsletter ($30 value)
- ad in the online journal that will be played throughout convention and will run for a year with a link to your website ($180 value)
- listing in online Directory of Judaica Shops in North America ($75 value)
- Listing in CJ: Voices of Conservative/Masorti Judaism, a quarterly magazine that goes into 220,000 homes across North America ($300 value). You can also receive a discount on standard ads in CJ.

PAYMENTS
- $100 deposit to hold a booth
- 50% deposit due by July 31, 2012 or payment in full for early bird discount
- Refunds, less $100 processing fee, until September 15, 2012; non-refundable after that date
- Balance due September 15, 2012
